Description

Backhand Bend (fka Rob's Knob) is a great mix of fast flow and techy descent. The trail begin off of Miracle Mile and descends to Polly Hollow. The first 60% of the trail is smooth and fast. The last 40% becomes rockier, steeper, and more technical before ending at a gas well pad along Polly Hollow.
