Description

This segment of the DT spine is special. It contains the longest segment of exposed bedrock in the entire system, over 1/3 of a mile. The climb is gradual to the top of this segment from both directions and the descent heading east is a lot of fun with varied terrain and plenty of side hits to keep any rider interested.

Once you climb out of the lower forested segment, the views at the top are amazing.
