Tight corners, sprinting, and a few drops make this good for skills development.

Features Drops/Jumps

Daylight use only. Closes during deer season. One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.

Need to Know

This is not infant/child safe. There are animals, a pond, and things to fall off. This is an old oil-well property so you need to stay on the mowed trails.

Free to use and park. No restroom (but lots of trees).

It is 1.25 miles to Comanche town center. Thirsty's (our local grill) has beverages and burgers. In the evenings the steakhouse is open. Otherwise it is small town highway food.

Description

The parking area is off 2810 Rd. on the west side of the property.

The directional loop starts on the SW corner by the parking. It comes back into the lot fifty feet from the start. You cannot get lost unless you leave the trail. It is only directional to avoid collisions and because of the drops. The drops all have bail-out's or alternate paths.

Walkers are encouraged to go in reverse so you can see what is coming toward you.

This is part of a larger trail system. A few hidden trail segments have larger drops and better technical features.
