Description

The trail begins near the pass where the AZT hiking trail merges with the bike bypass. The riding is generally flat on forest roads for the first 9 miles.

After a steep downhill near mile 10, the trail exits the forest roads on the left. The initial singletrack is technical and will likely require some hike-a-bike until you get to the small creek. Enjoy the flowing downhill trail. It follows this downhill until it crosses the larger Sycamore Creek.

After getting your feet wet at the crossing, you'll climb up along the ridge and back down to Sycamore Creek again where it goes under Hwy 87.
