The singletrack is actually pretty good. The trail is lacking a little maintenance but the more people who ride it the better. There also isn't a trail map so you're kinda just exploring. In the back of the park there are some of the best dirt jumps in all of Jacksonville. The dirt jumps are very well maintained super fun. Last important note is there might be some homeless living in this park so just keep your head on a swivel and maybe go with a friend (all part of the urban MTB experience:)
