Need to Know

Vault toilet and ample parking at the trailhead.

This trail is on Whirlpool property. Use caution when crossing entry roads during peak commuting times.

Description

Starts clockwise on an easy trail with a few small features to get warmed up on. Be sure to take the left split each time to the intermediate areas. The first intermediate split climbs the side of a hill, then has a nice descent with drops along the way.

The second split goes to a wide two-way tunnel under the 2-lane highway. The loop on the west side of the highway goes counterclockwise and has some good climbs and descents with berms, drops, and jumps. It's very easy to re-loop this section if desired.

Afterwards, back through the tunnel and continue clockwise on easy trail back to the trailhead.
