A nice loop ride through the Santa Ana Mountains and Cleveland National Forest finishing with a great singletrack descent on the Silverado "Motorway."

Adventure Pass parking fee that the Maple Springs trailhead.

You start by parking at the Maple Springs trailhead entrance or off Maple Springs Rd (paved section) when the gate is open. After a few miles of degraded pavement through the canyon, you start a long, steady climb up Maple Springs Rd (dirt section) to Main Divide.

At the Main Divide intersection, head north away from Saddleback Mountain toward Bedford Peak. Along the Main Divide traverse you'll have some nice views of the Inland empire, including Lake Mathews and Lake Perris.

Pay attention as you round Bedford Peak to make sure you don't miss the drop-in for the Silverado Motorway. From there you'll finish the ride with a nice singletrack descent back to Maple Springs Rd (paved section).
