Parking is available at both the southern and north end of the trail. Pick one to decide if you wanna climb the road before or after the singletrack.

Starting in a meadow below Mt. Tukuhnikivatz and Mt. Peale, Burlfriends mostly descends through beautiful aspen groves and near stunning mountain lakes in the area. The trail can get fast in sections with flat corners rewarding those who stay off the brakes. Nothing technical is to be expected on this trail but be on the lookout for downed trees and cows. Fall riding is the best for aspen colors and cooler temps! A must ride in the seldom visited part of La Sals.
