Need to Know

Very remote-some access to water that will need to be filtered in the backcountry.

Description

Beginning near the summit of Topa Topa bluffs, the rose lion trail descends all of the way to the Sespe river at Lion camp. This trail is relatively straightforward, without any extremely technical sections aside from brief moments of steep and tight corners. At over 5 miles, it is a long ride into the Los Padres and requires an equally long trip out.
