This route is made up of easy road climbs, a singletrack traverse, and a singletrack descent--all unique in the Rose Valley style.

Bathroom at the beginning trailhead.

Description

This route begins with a small road climb looking up at rose valley waterfall (200 ft). Then it takes a rolling singletrack traverse across Rose Lion Connector, which includes several enjoyable descents. Once in the large meadow at the intersection with Lion trail, the ride turns into a fast descent down canyon singletrack. A small final climb up a road gets you back to the car.

History & Background

The route follows historic trails from the 1800s, or even older indigenous routes.
