Need to Know

There is a fee to get into the park, but there is no fee during winter. There are bathrooms at the Herring Point parking lot.

Description

The trail starts on the side of a wide road that connects the bike loop to the Gordons Pond trail. The trail has many tight corners, and many very small uphill and downhill inclines. The trail then merges with the Gordons Pond trail for about 500 feet, and then turns off again. There are more small inclines and bumps that are really fun. The trail has a few sandy bits, so watch out for those. For the finish, the trail goes over a small bridge and then comes out near the Herring Point parking lot. If you are trying to go fast on the trail, watch out for tight turns. There is one near the start that you turn away from a fence, and another right after that is just very tight. Have fun!
