Overview

A great loop that combines many of the best trails at Crosscut. Lots of fast singletrack, some chunk, and some flowy descents.

Description

Lots of turns along this route with many short trail segments, but this route generally goes out gradually climbing Ewok Forest North to Meadow Loop West to Downey's Loop - West to a sustained doubletrack climb up Loggers to Loggers Dive Cutoff, then descends Loggers Dive to Downey's Loop - East to Whiskey Gulch. From there, this route climbs up What Goes Up for the most sustained singletrack climb of the route. Take in the great views of the Bridgers and then descent What Goes Up, the longest and most fun descent on this route. From there, follow Yoda's Return to Ewok Forest South to return to the parking lot.

when riding the top section clockwise, go left for some of the steepest descents, or go right to hit the firewood for a more mellow descent.

there's a lot of this on this trail. some steeper, some more flowy, but all kind of similar to this.
