Description

Often referred to by locals as the "Switchback Trail", this is one of the steeper trails in the Thompson Park area and has many tight switchbacks, especially on the lower half. The trail consists of mostly buff singletrack typical of Thompson Park, with a few small rocky sections. The trail is most commonly ridden as a descent and is easily accessed from the top of the Chimney Trail (Upper Grading Camp). Ascending the trail will get your heart rate up, but it is very rideable.
