This trail is known as the chimney trail because of an old chimney found near the top of the trail on the north side. This trail has an easy-moderate gradient, is smooth and fast, and has few tight turns making it an excellent trail to ascend, or a very fast trail coming down. Bikers are asked to please control there speed as this is a multi-use trail! Chimney trail used to have a technical rock slab start, but this was blasted away in early 2024, much to the disappointment of the Mountain Bike Community.
