Overview
This loop features two of Park City's most classic black downhill trails, while including the popular
Jenni's Trail climb. If you are visiting Park City and want a quick sampler of what this town has to offer, look no further than this loop!
Description
Climb up
Jenni's Trail to get going. This is a popular climb that is very well signed. You'll likely encounter other trail users on this climb. Once up Jenni's, hop on
Tommy's Two Step and take a well earned rest at the Yurt. The Yurt at the top of
Tommy's Two Step is a popular gathering spot as it sits at the top of the Crescent lift, which allows bikes for a fee.
Leave the yurt and keep heading up. Go up Three Candles and take a left on
Keystone .
Keystone quickly turns into
Fat Lip , which is an old school trail and definitely a local's favorite.
Fat Lip has some up and down and will keep you on your toes! Quick little downhills followed by punchy uphills make this trail one of my favorites.
Fat Lip will take you up to the
9K Trail , which very quickly passes an intersection for
Cyn City and
Black Forest . Take this left turn and go straight into
Black Forest.
Buckle up.
Black Forest is steep and sure to leave a smile on your face if you like technical riding.
Black Forest intersects mid mountain. Once on mid mountain, take a left and ride back to the top of
Jenni's Trail . From here, you'll see a trail heading down that is un-marked. This is
Red Bull , a true local's trail that only recently come into light for the broader public. Like
Black Forest ,
Red Bull is technical, only much longer! Ride
Red Bull all the way down to the PCMR base.
