This is a route for riders to complete a Lower Calico loop or best as a shuttle route.

This is the best way (IMO) to either pedal or shuttle Lower Calico. A bit of a harder trail to get to the top of and this is arguably the simplest route outside of hike a biking the trail itself. A fairly decent dirt road for shuttle and a quieter road with a mellower grade for pedaling. Top out on the road and you'll bump into Priest Gulch Trail. From there, you'll pedal or push uphill until reaching a beautiful view looking out and that is where you connect to Lower Calico. You can then start the descent or climb up just a tad further for the technical start and top of Lower Calico where it meets up with Upper Calico. Enjoy the long descent!
