Missionary Ridge to Youngs Canyon Trail with a two car shuttle. Overgrown backcountry trail with challenging logistics.

This route is not logistically very easy but it is arguably the easiest way to ride Youngs Canyon outside of hike a biking. You'll have to park at the Baldy Mountain Trailhead and the north end of Lemon Reservoir. You'll start on FSR 249 and continue up to Missionary Ridge. From there, you'll take Miossnary Ridge to Missionary Ridge Road Spur. This is the final bit of old that will take you to Youngs Canyon. Start the descent of Youngs Canyon and enjoy the downhill! It is a trail that doesn't see much traffic and ride more like a hiking trail. The flow is a tad awkward but fun sections are sprinkled throughout. Careful of hunters in the fall as it is trafficked much more frequently during that time. Finish out the ride by crossing the creek feeding into Lemon Reservoir.
