Description

Although it bears the name of the original Upper Oldham Trail, the New Upper Oldham is a completely new trail as of Fall 2024 and is a real treat. There are excellent views looking north across Dry Lake Hills and the San Francisco Peaks. Well graded for climbing and great flow on the descent. Thanks to the Flagstaff community for coming together to get this trail completed.

The New Upper Oldham largely avoids the Museum fire burn and takes you through old-growth conifers, and even a few small groves of aspen. A very scenic and enjoyable route.
