If you're taking this from Bay Circuit Trail / LIttle's Trail, you'd have hopped on the road for a bit and then back on to trails along Newman Rd. This singletrack climbs a bit and get to the top of Old Town Hill and gives nice views of Watch Hill. The downhill section is a bit steep, and at the very bottom there's a tight fence/gate that has to be walked through before getting back on the road. If you're following the Bay Circuit Trail. there' s a fair amount of road riding before hitting the trails again at Prospect Hill.
