Overview

The singletrack in Theo Wirth park is well-liked by locals who praise the quality of the intermediate singletrack, and also remark that you'll forget you're only five minutes from downtown Minneapolis.

Description

Official Trail Condition Updates are found at the Minnesota Off Road Cyclists website.

The trails are mostly intermediate singletrack, without any large climbs or highly technical spots, although there are several log skinnies, as well as optional rock jumps. There are also a couple of choose your own adventure sections that let you pick between easier or more advanced sections. Many types of riders can enjoy this cruise, and there are paved bike paths that connect the trails with the city.

The North Loop contacts to the South Loop which connects to the Glenwood Loop which connects to SW Wirth as you go from north to south.
