Description

This is arguably the most fun section of trail in the park, climbing or descending. Swoopy and smooth, this contour trail is great for beginners and advanced riders alike.

Once you get to the trail intersection at the top of the first climb, take a right (the left is now closed as interpretive trail) and descend back down to small bridge over a creek (watch for slippage!). Climb out through the hairpin and bump your way across some gnarly roots to finish through a grove of birch trees. At this point you can descend (again) on the New Creek Trail, or continue through the field on the Prairie Pass Trail.
