Description

This road can be used to access public land and trails in and near DeVinney Canyon, Lindsay Canyon, and Linscott Canyon. In 2016, the northeast end of the road was rerouted. Please respect private property and stay on the marked public road as it passes through private lands.

As a mountain bike trail, this road offers miles of pinyon juniper forest with good views of Spring Canyon and the San Juan Mountains. No singletrack, but it's a good place to ride and seldom traveled. Be aware that the upper sections are clay soils. Sticky, show-stopping mud during or shortly after a rainstorm.

I rode this in reverse, as a shuttle. There's other options, going to explore when it dries out a bit more, if that happens this year. 11.9mi — 1h 23m
