I recommend starting in town of Blue Diamond. Do uphill first then enjoy 6-8 miles of quick downhill adventure. Some rocky areas but mostly smooth

Good trail with a few short uphill bursts. As a local, this is an excellent trail to keep in shape/practice for more extreme trails. Well managed!

This trail is worn out, overused and ridiculously crowded. Some areas are not even rideable and "walkers" every 50 ft.

The trail here is not good for biking. You have to cross (walk) a sandy wash approx 10 times. The views are great but come here to hike
