One of two log rolls in this area. Very solid, lots of large, heavy logs that were provided by downed trees in a bad ice storm.

This much mud didn't bother the local riders. They regularly ride when it's a little wet, even in the snow. The soil is extremely organic, holding moisture for a long time, so they just go with it. Surprisingly, we weren't tearing up the trail.
